SHIPMENT OF ONLINE ORDERS

All Domestic orders placed via our online store are shipped with Australia Post Express. 

All International order placed via our online store are shipped with DHL Express.

Online orders are processed Monday - Friday within 48hrs of being placed. 

Please note: if your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday it will be dispatched the following working day. 

 

HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

All orders are processed Monday – Friday

If you order before 10am AEST we will send your order out on the same day. Please allow an additional 24hrs during sale events or busy periods. If you order on the weekend all orders are processed and dispatched within 24-28hrs.

During a sale or promotion please allow an additional 24-48hrs for any order placed to be dispatched

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Our main priority is getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We send all Australian orders via Australia Post Express. This means your parcel will arrive to you approx 1-2 days after receiving your dispatch notification. You will also find your tracking number in this email. 

Please note that this is an estimate and once your parcel is with Australia Post we cannot control how long it takes to get to you. Please allow 1-2 days extra during busy periods as Australia Post experience delays.

All our parcels are signature on arrival so if you aren’t at home your order will most likely be at your local/closest post office. If you don’t receive a card, track your order via the Australia Post website. If you are still unable to locate your parcel please email our Girls With Gems Customer Service Team at sales@girlswithgems.com. If you would like your parcel to be left at home without a signature, please include this of the notes section of your order.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer DHL Express Shipping to all our International customers. For detailed information on International Shipping, scroll down to the International Orders section below. 

International cost varies depending on your location. This will be quoted upon check out. All prices on Girls With Gems orders are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Payment for all customs clearance and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Girls With Gems take no responsibility for any additional charges included for shopping orders internationally.  

Please be advised that we cannot under any circumstances change the prices that appear on the customs invoice.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details. The time frame of when you should receive your package can vary depending on where you are located. Please note that DHL are experiencing some shipping delays due to the impact of COVID-19

EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS 

We like to keep you as up to date with the process of getting your order to you. You will receive the two following email notifications:

  1. Order confirmation – we have received your order and we are getting it ready
  2. Shipping Confirmation – your order has been dispatched and it is on its way to you. This email also includes your tracking information.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19

Australia Post are experiencing slight ongoing delays due to the impact of COVID-19. Please first track your order via the link - https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search. If you are still concerned that you won’t receive your order please email our Girls With Gems Customer Service Team via email sales@girlswithgems.com

We are still dispatching your orders daily, but our shipping carriers are experiencing delivery delays due to the high volume of parcels so please allow extra time in receiving them.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping notification.

PICK UP IN STORE

At Girls With Gems, we offer pick up in store as an option for our all-local customers.

You will be sent a text from our Girls With Gems Online Team when your order is ready to collect in store. Please don’t come if you haven’t received a confirmation text as your order may not be ready to be collected.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of Australia Post or DHL (depending on the postage option you have chosen), however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at sales@girlswithgema.com if you experience any delays.

Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address. If you have entered the wrong address please contact our online team via sales@girlswithgems.com so that we can amend it for you.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost in transit with valid tracking

Delivery times listed above are an estimate only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area. All orders placed on a Public Holiday will be dispatched the following business day.
